Day 1: Arrival

Upon arrival at Kilimanjaro Airport (JRO), the group will be welcomed by an Wild wave Adventures representative and transferred to a hotel in Arusha.

Please note: The hotel rate includes breakfast only. Check-in is available from 2:00 PM.

Day 2 : Lake Manyara

After breakfast, around 7:30 AM, your safari guide will arrive at your hotel and notify the receptionist of your departure. Once you’ve met your driver, you’ll set off on the journey to Lake Manyara National Park. By 10:00 AM, you’ll already be immersed in the breathtaking scenery of your first safari, ready to explore the wonders of this remarkable landscape!

. The park is laced with freshwater streams, creating a lush environment that supports a rich variety of plant life, numerous bird species—including flocks of pink flamingos—and diverse African forest animals.

Around midday, you’ll pause for a visit to the Maji Moto hot springs, where you can relax while enjoying a packed lunch provided by your driver. Afterward, the safari continues, with the day wrapping up as you’re transferred to your hotel in the evening for a restful night

Since this is your first day on safari, we kindly ask that you pay close attention to both the national park regulations and our company guidelines.

  • Vehicle Safety: Exiting the vehicle is strictly prohibited except in designated areas. Violating this rule may lead to substantial fines and could jeopardize our safari license.
  • Off-road Restrictions: To protect the fragile ecosystem, off-road driving is not allowed.
  • Smoking Guidelines: Smoking is allowed, but please dispose of cigarette butts responsibly to avoid fire risks in the savanna.

Day 3 : Ngorongoro Consevation Area

To maximize your chance of spotting early-morning wildlife, we recommend leaving the hotel as early as possible. Breakfast will be provided in lunchboxes for this purpose. At 6:30 AM, you’ll depart for the Ngorongoro Conservation Area, reaching the crater floor in about an hour.

Ngorongoro is one of Tanzania’s most renowned parks, home to an incredible density of wildlife across a variety of species. Here, you’ll have opportunities to see buffalo, elephants, lions, wildebeests, zebras, hippos, and rare feline species like caracals and servals. With a bit of luck, you may even spot a rhinoceros, one of the most endangered species in the region.

By midday, you’ll arrive at the lakeside for lunch, enjoying your packed meal before continuing your safari. In the evening, you’ll return to your hotel in Arusha for a well-deserved rest.

Day 4 : Serengeti National Park

 After breakfast, your adventure begins with a transfer to the heart of the Serengeti, known as Seronera. Here, your guide will help you search for the wildlife you’re most eager to see. Around midday, you’ll stop by the Serengeti Visitor Center for a lunchbox break, where you’ll also discover fascinating insights into the park’s history and animal populations. Keep an eye out for the hyraxes in this area—surprisingly, they’re among the elephant’s closest relatives.

It’s impossible to capture in words the sheer abundance of life in the Serengeti Valley: elephants, buffalo, ostriches, giraffes, jackals, hyenas, lions, antelopes, leopards, and cheetahs roam freely, creating a constant thrill as you take in the surrounding beauty. As evening falls, you’ll head to a comfortable hotel for dinner and some well-deserved relaxation.

Day 5 : Serengeti National Park

Following a refreshing breakfast, you’ll set out for a safari adventure through the untamed eastern and southern reaches of the park. These vast savanna landscapes, with their sweeping open spaces, offer prime conditions for witnessing one of nature’s most thrilling spectacles—a cheetah in pursuit of its prey across the plains.

As midday approaches, you’ll complete your safari and journey back to your hotel in Arusha, carrying with you memories of the breathtaking African wilderness.

Day 6 : Serengeti National Park

Begin your day with a hearty breakfast before setting out on an extraordinary game drive through the remote northern reaches of the Serengeti. This untouched wilderness, known for its dramatic landscapes and rare wildlife, offers a safari experience unlike any other. Here, you may encounter animals that reside only in these secluded areas, providing a rare glimpse into the Serengeti’s hidden corners and untamed beauty.

As the afternoon draws near, you’ll complete your safari adventure and make your way back to your hotel in Arusha, carrying memories of a truly exceptional day in one of Africa’s most enchanting landscapes.

Day 7 : Departure

Enjoy some leisure time at the hotel before your transfer to the airport.

Please note: Hotel check-out is at 11:00 AM. If you have an evening flight and require a late check-out, you can extend your stay until 6:00 PM for an additional fee.
